Buying from Healthy Biker
These terms apply to purchases through healthybiker.store. We sell electric mountain, downhill and performance road bikes. Please read the product description, selected size and specification, price and these policies before ordering. Contact us if anything is unclear.
Orders and availability
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and check your chosen model and size before submitting an order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your consent. If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and promptly refund any payment.
Prices and payment
The price and currency for the selected variant and the final amount payable are shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes or charges payable to us must be disclosed before you submit the order. Standard shipping to the UK and US is free. Use only the payment options actually available at checkout; a payment logo alone does not establish that a method is available. Changes to future prices do not change an accepted order.
Delivery
Handling is estimated at 5–9 business days, followed by 5–12 business days in transit: approximately 10–21 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. See our Shipping & Delivery policy. If delivery is late or missing, contact us so we can resolve it. Your statutory rights remain available.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Healthy Biker pays return shipping and charges no restocking fee. Email support before returning goods so we can arrange the correct destination and shipping method. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method within the deadlines explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. This also explains change-of-mind cancellations and faulty-item remedies. Sale products retain the same legal protections.
Product use and consumer rights
Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, charging, maintenance and safety instructions. Check the suitability and local rules for your intended riding location. Nothing in these terms excludes rights to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, or liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to your rights against us.
Website and privacy
Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security or access other customers’ accounts. Product names and imagery may belong to their respective owners; purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Questions, complaints and changes
Email support@healthybiker.shop with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected, including access to the courts available under applicable law. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase.
