30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including if you change your mind. Email support@healthybiker.shop with your order number or other proof of purchase and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before shipping so we can provide the correct return destination and arrange paid return shipping. Send the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Condition and packing
For change-of-mind returns, keep the bike in its original condition, with accessories and components included. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. Please pack it securely, using the original packaging where possible. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item; we will explain any deduction. This does not restrict your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Return shipping and fees
Healthy Biker pays return shipping for both change-of-mind and faulty, damaged or incorrect-item returns. There is no restocking fee. Contact us to arrange a prepaid label or suitable collection, especially for electric bikes and batteries. Do not send batteries through an unsuitable postal service or return goods directly to a manufacturer.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order details and a description; photographs can help us resolve it. We will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in line with your rights. The 30-day voluntary return window does not limit statutory remedies.
Refunds
We issue eligible refunds to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where a shorter legal deadline applies, we follow it. If we arrange collection following a statutory cancellation, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice. For an agreed statutory rejection of faulty goods, we refund within 14 days of agreeing your entitlement. We notify you by email. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit; contact us if it is missing.
Refunds include the eligible item price and any refundable standard outbound delivery charge. Standard UK and US shipping is free. Sale items have the same return rights as full-price items.
Cancellations and your rights
Email us promptly to cancel an order. If it has already dispatched, we will help arrange a return. UK distance-selling cancellation rights and rights relating to faulty goods remain unaffected. Our 30-day offer adds to, and does not replace, applicable consumer protections.
