Destinations and cost
Healthy Biker offers free standard shipping to the United Kingdom and United States. No minimum order value applies. Availability for your delivery address is confirmed at checkout. Contact us before ordering if checkout does not accept your address.
Handling and delivery estimates
- Order handling: 5–9 business days after order confirmation.
- Transit after dispatch: 5–12 business days.
- Estimated total from order confirmation to delivery: 10–21 business days.
Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Any different estimate for a specific item will be stated before you place the order. Handling and transit are separate periods; the 5–12-day figure is not the total time from ordering.
Dispatch and delivery
We send an order confirmation and provide dispatch information, including tracking when available. Please give a complete, accurate delivery address and a working email. Contact support promptly if an address needs correction; we will check whether the order can still be changed.
Delays, loss or damage
If your order has not arrived within the stated estimate, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery provider and explain the available remedy. Carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights or our responsibility to resolve a missing delivery. Please retain packaging and photographs where useful, but they are not a condition for exercising your legal rights.
Charges and cancellations
Review the order total before paying. Any applicable charges payable to Healthy Biker must be shown before order submission; free shipping refers to the delivery charge. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If already dispatched, our Returns & Refunds policy explains the return process.
